If you try Prozen and feel it’s not right for you, we offer a clear and fair refund process.

2. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 90 days from your purchase date to request a refund. That gives you a full three months to try the product and decide if it works for you.

3. Opened Bottles Are OK

You’re allowed to open and try the product. We don’t require the bottle to be sealed or unused to qualify for a refund.

4. Two Options for Resolution

If you’re not satisfied, you can choose:

  • A full refund (minus original shipping), or

  • An exchange or store credit of equal value

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact our Customer Support within 90 days of your purchase

  • Provide your order number and let us know what didn’t work for you

  • We’ll respond within 1 business day and process your refund quickly

6. Shipping Costs and Fees

  • We cover shipping on exchanges

  • Original shipping costs are not refunded

  • No restocking fees or deductions for opened bottles, unless abuse is suspected

7. Refund Timeline

Once approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. We’ll notify you by email when complete.
