If you try Prozen and feel it’s not right for you, we offer a clear and fair refund process.
You have 90 days from your purchase date to request a refund. That gives you a full three months to try the product and decide if it works for you.
You’re allowed to open and try the product. We don’t require the bottle to be sealed or unused to qualify for a refund.
If you’re not satisfied, you can choose:
A full refund (minus original shipping), or
An exchange or store credit of equal value
Contact our Customer Support within 90 days of your purchase
Provide your order number and let us know what didn’t work for you
We’ll respond within 1 business day and process your refund quickly
We cover shipping on exchanges
Original shipping costs are not refunded
No restocking fees or deductions for opened bottles, unless abuse is suspected
Once approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. We’ll notify you by email when complete.
